How can the multiple challenges faced by urban indigenous peoples be improved?

Government and private sectors can provide various education and training opportunities through public-private partnership models, including subsidizing tuition fees, employment training courses, promoting cultural education projects, etc., to help urban indigenous peoples improve their professional skills and knowledge and strengthen cultural inheritance and identity.
Alternatively, by expanding activities related to "Seeing Urban Indigenous Peoples", the new generation of urban indigenous peoples can strengthen their connection with their own ethnic group, thereby maintaining the traditional culture of indigenous peoples.
On the other hand, it can also allow the Han ethnic group to better understand the profound cultural context of indigenous peoples, through mutual understanding and respect, enhancing dialogue and exchange between different cultures.
