Through the promotion of the "Xizhou Indigenous Life and Culture Park", a new paradigm of collaborative cooperation between the tribal residents and the public sector can be opened, departing from the traditional top-down administrative approach. Through the overall emphasis on interactive participation in the cooperative design of the park, the unique lifestyle culture and characteristics of the tribe can be showcased.

In addition to providing housing for the Xizhou settlement residents, the park can also accommodate more comprehensive and diverse public facilities in the future, such as a multifunctional community center for promoting the preservation of indigenous culture, where activities such as public issue discussions, language teaching, cultural heritage, and social education can take place.
Alternatively, the cultural features of indigenous peoples can be transformed into tools to support economic development by creating a cultural exchange plaza, allowing the public to gain a deeper understanding of the migration history and life of urban indigenous peoples. Apart from creating more local employment opportunities, it also takes into account the importance of traditional culture, allowing Xizhou tribe members to truly settle and thrive.
